Mr. M.S.Raghavan, a Post Graduate in Management has had an illustrious career in the Indian Banking industry. Spanning about four decades, he retired as the Chairman &; Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd., in 2015. During his tenure at IDBI Bank, a major shift in branding was undertaken that focused on building emotional connections with the users and positioned the bank as a customer-friendly bank. He was also responsible for re-aligning, de-risking, and de-stressing the portfolio mix of the bank as a result of which major revamps happened under his direct supervision. Before IDBI Bank, Mr. Raghavan was the Chairman of the CDR Core Group, the Director of the Governing Board of ADFIAP, the President of EDI of India, and the Director at the Exim Bank and IDBI Federal. His credentials as a top leader are unparalleled in the industry as he is known for his innovative solutions, strategic vision, growth and development in sync with corporate goals, and motivating collaborative work on all fronts.

Mr. S. Gnanavel is a Post Graduate in Management from CAllB. His career in the Banking industry is more than three decades old during which he held various leadership positions including Head of the Bank of Baroda Staff College. He has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades during his noteworthy career.
